ADRA SA has been working for more than 18 years (since 2002) on a broad range of contextualized Food Security programs for vulnerable households. Some of the approaches developed by ADRA SA included:
(a) Improved climate-smart food production practices.
(b) Increased agricultural productivity through increased access and sharing of production assets and agricultural inputs.
(c) Strengthened institutional links with other actors within agricultural sector and the markets.
(d) Improvement, rehabilitation or development of climate-smart community gardens, food security assets and other basic infrastructure.
